Our company made and makes a quality management system following the standard

SET IMPIANTI has developed, together with the productive structures, the function of QUALITY WARRANTY of the productions according to a company strategy considering the QUALITY WARRANTY as qualifying element of the productive activity, both during the working phases and at finished product. The company has a “HANDBOOK OF QUALITY WARRANTY” that settles the responsibilities, the organizing disposals, the programmes and the ways of execution of the controls inside the company to carry out parts or whole plants. The application of the handbook foresees that the service of Q.W., independent from the production, makes, among the others, the following functions:

• ISSUE OF QUALITY CONTROL PLAN OF WORK

• ASSISTANCE AT THE TECHNICAL OFFICE TO ASSURE THE RESPECT OF THE RULES AND THE SPECIFICATIONS FORESEEN BY THE APPLIED STANDARDS

• IDENTIFICATION, CLASSIFICATION, CONTROL AND TESTING OF THE MATERIALS BEFORE THE CONSTRUCTION

• CONTROL AND SUPERVISION TO VERIFY APPLICATION OF THE NORMS OF REFERENCE DURING THE PHASES OF WORKING AND ASSEMBLAGE

• CONTROL AND QUALIFICATION OF THE MANUFACTURE TECHNIQUES, OF THE WELDING PROCEDURES, THEIR UPDATING AND APPROVAL

• WORKS ADVANCEMENT CONTROL

• DISPOSITIONS AND OVERSEEING FOR INSPECTIONS, TESTS AND FINAL TESTING

• CONTROL OF QUALIFICATIONS OF THE OPERATORS, PARTICULARLY WELDERS AND PERSONAL TO THE NON DESTRUCTIVE CONTROLS, AND THEIR QUALIFICATION CARDS

• ISSUE AND VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS

• THE SERVICE OF Q. W. REPORTS TO THE GENERAL MANAGER
